New Technology Upgrade
This program offers a gradual replenishment of your existing presentation technology. These systems are completely under warranty during the entire Evergreen program. Should your requirements increase, Duocom can simply add more units to your program.

Loaner Service
Duocom will immediately dispatch a technician with a temporary service replacement projector, or a brand new replacement projector, based on availability at time of service requirement.

Lamp Service
This program ensures that you never have to budget for expensive replacement lamps, as Duocom will simply replace any failed lamp, or renew the projection system itself.

Existing Projectors
Duocom will perform a service inspection (using e-waste protocol) of any existing projectors, and ready them for recycling or donation.
