Over the past years Duocom has enjoyed their relationship with CSA by completing over 15 projects ranging from the coordination and purchasing of audio visual products to providing the right solution for specific applications. In fact, Duocom has played an integral role in the development and integration of their executive boardroom, network operations centre, astronaut training room, and main media distribution centre by acting as CSA’s prime audio visual supplier.

CN Railroad integrated their executive boardroom, President’s office, and executive conference room with audio visual presentation equipment in their head office in Montréal, Québec. After intense interviewing and a prequalification process, Duocom was awarded the mandate to act as CN’s audio visual systems integration consultant and preferred supplier of presentation products.

Executive Boardroom: In the video/audio conferencing mode the room will be provided with a new Polycom VSX8000 CODEC, working in conjunction with the existing table microphones. The existing microphones are to be mounted in new “shock mounts” supplied by Duocom, and are to be installed by Alterna Savings’ millwork provider. A Polycom Powercam camera is to be located directly beside each side of the existing motorized projection screen (for a total of two cameras).
